PAMPER TIMELINE

The Pamper brand was launched in 1978 by Petz, a division of Reckitt & Colman and is a trusted brand with a long heritage. The product line evolved over time to deliver a wide range of wet cat food in cans. The wet pet food business was sold to Nestle Purina in 2001.

In 2016, Martin & Martin bought the wet manufacturing facility from Nestlé Purina, who exited pet food in South Africa. Friskies, a well known cat food brand, remained in the Nestlé Purina stable. Martin & Martin launched PAMPER Dry and PAMPER fine Cuts to replace Friskies and complement the PAMPER wet range they had acquired.

The PAMPER brand is now part of the Martin & Martin stable, leaders in Pet food, Healthcare, Snacks & Treats.
